Privacy
Metadata-only by default.
GOVERIS pilots are designed to run inside the customer-controlled environment. The standard shadow endpoint accepts approved decision metadata, not prompt or response content.
Collected pilot fields
Model name, token counts, latency, tenant/workflow identifiers, policy signals, decision output, and approved outcome labels. Provider credentials, raw prompts, raw responses, and direct personal data are outside the standard pilot scope.
Storage and access
Raw pilot evidence remains in the customer environment unless the customer explicitly exports an aggregate artifact. Data-plane, outcome-plane, and administrative credentials are separated.
Retention and deletion
The customer selects a 7, 30, or 90-day retention window before deployment. The default is deletion within 30 days after final report delivery. Deletion includes the named Docker volume and customer-controlled replicas/backups, with an operator record of the disposition.
